No warning that the Perth transmitter (Callafountain?) would be off-air and I've wasted time retuning the TV (now I'll have to do it again when/if transmission is restored) and unplugging all the cables. What's the problem?

For the good people of Perth.

Can't find out what is wrong with the mast. Nor when it will go back on air. Not good. Nor can I find out who to phone or e-mail and kick off about it. (intentional pun).

I live in scone, Perth (postcode ph2 6tf). I get intermittent freezing of picture on freeview. The inteference consists of two short pulses. This can happen 2 to 3 times a day and seems to mostly happen in the late afternoon. Tv aerial is external on the side of the house. Signal strength is 73% and signal quality is 100%. I do have a line of trees over the road from my house so there isnt a direct line of site to the transmitter which I understand is a relay transmitter which has only 200 watts of power. There is already a 4 g filter on the down cable and I was wondering whether this could be tetra interference.

I had freeview set up a few years ago by an engineer free of charge as i have a disability. It then worked perfectly. For some time now i keep getting messages about poor signal and is constantly cutting off.A friend of mine who lives not far from me has told me she had same problem and made enquiries. Apparently it was interference from 4g . An engineer was sent to her house and sorted the problem. I would like someone to call and fix mine. Can you please advise
