Here in Innerleithen all the stations being broadcast on Mux PSB2, CHL 42 , 642MHz are not able to be received even though my signal strength and quality are both 100%
How do I report this loss of service?

Grahame Jones :

You are the second person reporting an issue in this ITV Border region albeit from another relay transmitter. There's obviously some fault affecting PSB2/D3&4 which is either unreported or not filtered its way through to any list of reports that I can see.

You could try contacting Arqiva - the company that looks after most of the transmitters
0333 032 8000
Tell them that there seems to be an issue with the PSB2 mux and the Peebles relay transmitter is also affected, can they please pass the problem on to whoever.

If that fails -
Try ringing ITV (News) 020 7833 3000 this is the only number I can find (that may be answered at this time of day)
They may say nothing to do with us, but repeat the above as you don't know who else can be contacted at this time of night.

Also try Channel 4 020 7396 4444 or maybe 0345 076 0191
and Channel 5 020 7308 5090 or 020 3580 3600
Say the same if you can get an answer.

I don't know which of those numbers may be manned at this time of night.

Grahame Jones :

I have spoken to Arqiva who were as much help as a pile of ....., who said speak to Freeview and we all know they say nothing to do with us.
So I've spoken to Channel 4 who will try and get a message through to someone on out-of-hours call (but of course no guarantees!).
So if anyone else wants to try ITV or Channel 5 it might add more grist to the mill.
