There isn't currently any reports of any outage, or power cut or Planned Engineering.
If there was a brief interruption, it may have gone unreported.
If you retuned at all when you had no signal or badly pixellated pictures it may have just cleared the correct tuning. If so, try manual retuning on UHF channels C32, C34 (& C35 if you have HD).

Other than that, check that your aerial looks intact and is still pointing in the correct direction and that the downlead is secure and not flapping in the wind. Check all your coax connections behind the TV etc.
Have you altered/changed anything about with your equipment recently? Do you have any distribution amp/splitter etc.?

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'
