Thanks both and Happy New Year! The stronger signal at switchover maysolve the problem; and that is very useful intelligence about making sure the aerial'spointing at the transmitter! I do receive analogue TV, though the picture on Channel 5 is so fuzzy as to be unwatchable, and reception can be poor even on BBC1.

Allen Tullett
9:29 AM

London NW7, Mill Hill

I'm having problems receiving most of the BBC services. As of a few days ago the channels briefly show but then a message appears about a new installation and they all disappear to a black screen with no EPG information. I have retuned the box several times, doing a first time setup, and deleting all channel installations. This does temporarily return the picture but then it returns to black once again. It appears that many of the channels have been duplicated except for BBC 1. The box is a Ferguson F01SDB which has no apparent factory reset.

Will this problem resolve by the 18th April / is this a temporary technical fault / or is this a fault with the box.

I very much welcome your thoughts. Thanks

My elderly father is having the exact same problem with his Ferguson F01SDB as Allen Tullett. Please help, thanks.
