Dear Mike,
I no longer have a problem (Post 2 refers). As if by magic it was corrected after my first post but recieved a Email from the BBC later apologizing for my problems. Thanks for time.

I live in (uphill) Cwmann outside Lampeter. Blaen Plwyf tv reception is brilliant.
DAB radio from there 'bubbles'a bit even with a 5 element external aerial.
I once attached an Antiference tv arial booster in a previous location and that magnified the DAB signal amazingly! Hopefully this will work again.
Any other ideas please?

Miceil: You are not (officially) served by any DAB transmitters at present, however the BBC reception report for your postcode does show that you could be receiving DAB transmissions from Blaenplwyf, Preseli and Carmel. Have you tried pointing the DAB aerial towards Preseli to see if that signal offers any improvement over Blaenplwyf? Trying different locations for the aerial might also find pockets of stronger signal, otherwise, as you suggest, the use of an amplifier can raise the threshold when the signal level is low and there are no particular interference problems.

Blaen Plwyf and relays. The positions given for all these transmitters are in the Indian Ocean!

Bruce MORRIS: Try swapping the longitude and latitude around; this works for Blaen Plwyf.

Since 1pm today 21 March 2013 have lost most of Blaenplwyf's output. Since 1pm can usually but not always get Channel 24 2/D3+4 (ITV channels), and always get Ch 22 C/ArqA (Dave etc). Nothing more. Channel 27 signal strength is 26-28% consistently. Using Humana set-top box and indoor aerial. In line of sight of Blaenplwy mast, about 7km away. Advice? Suggestions?
