Roy: A while back I reported deteriorating signal for channel 68 on one aerial in my house but Ok on another aerial I happen to have. This seemed to indicate local interference which I could not trace. Now I have lost channel 68 on the other aerial too! I am in Staplehurst, Kent. Is it possible some device external to my home is causing interference?

Roy: It is possible, but very unlikely.
The multiplex that is on C68 is also on C45 at your location (from the same transmitter) so you might be better doing a manual tune on C45, C42, C60, C39, C55 and C58.

Roy: Tried a manual tune of channel 45 on both aerials but freeview boxes/TVs just say 'no signal'.

I live part way between Dover and Staplehurst and can't get anything on Ch45 either, but 68 is fine, so I don't think 45 is transmitted in this direction.
