Full postcode SN6 7DZ

Getting poor on all BBC also lost about 54 channels used to get 88 channels now get 33. This only happens on my BT Vision box on all other TV' s I get a full service

Some Channels that are missing are

Sky sports 1&2
Film 4

Not sure why?

We have and up to Monday 6th we got on '108' & '109'. Now we can't get either, just the message ''. Is this a temporary situation?
