Why are they not informing customers of the change overs as people are set conned out of money to get a engineer out and paying money just for a retune.

Have tried various resets over the past few days, and have gone from 0 channels to 127, then to 60. Currently I am not picking up any TV at all on either my BT vision box, or the direct feed into the TV. This is very frustrating.

They are providing the information at Digital UK | Planned engineering works
You must realise that there are over 1100 transmitters around the UK and that only some are having work done at any one time. So it is misleading to tell everybody about works that probably will not affect the majority.

We need a full post code to be able to offer any advice. It could be that your local transmitter has had some work done but without the full post code we cannot tell.
You should also check all the aerial connections behind the set as far as you can towards the aerial.

Over the last year we kept loosing our picture 800 fitted a filter still the picture pixelated or we got no signal this happened most days ,we were told it was our Ariel , as l noticed the Reigate transmitter was being updated? we decided to have this done after ,so on the 21st of March we all in this area had to reset our TVs so glad l did it wasn't our Ariel which was going to be 180 because we have had no problems at all ,so after a year plus and many phone calls the problem has been sorted.

Hi it seems quite a few of the channels changed over near the end of October 2018. The listing now, as far as I can tell, is below:
BBC A = Ch 23 = 490 MHz
D3&4 = Ch 26 = 514 MHz
BBC B HD = Ch 30 = 546 MHz
SDN = Ch 21 = 474 MHz
ARQ A = Ch 24 = 498 MHz
ARQ B = Ch 27 = 522 MHz
Hope this helps.

I am having no signals or reception on all BBC Digital Channels and no Sky News on digital from the Reigate transmitter.
I was getting interference and break up on these channels so went through the procedure that you outlined and even put the tv's back to factory settings to wipe all the memory.
Then retuned the sets and all BBC and Sky News plus a few minor ones are now missing. Retuning has not resolved the issues
The problem has been ongoing for several months with weak signal messages and interference with picture break up
