Same problem as Rob Johnson. I live in Ely and yesterday I lost all channels. BBC is completely gone, others dreadfully pixelated, all unwatchable.

Steve: Same problem as you; live in Ely and last night I was recording BBC1 HD (Luther). 40mins in, program got more & more pixelated then froze and recording stopped.
Switching to standard BBC (via freeview box or actual tv) resulted in a black screen, likewise for all other tv channels except bbc3 (only available after switching to an alternative frequency channel).
All channels had minimum 1 bar of signal strength or 0 bars, and either very pixelated or no picture.
TV aerial in loft. Humax box (with freeview) in living room with the tv.

I live in Northampton and am having the same problems with pixelating and freezing.I have narrowed it down to Channel 27.Signal strength is 100% all the time, but signal quality is what varies to give the problems.I have a roof aerial with amplifier

Carol: If you were able to receive BBC3 on an alternative frequency, you would have been able to receive all the standard definition BBC tv and radio channels which are carried along with BBC3 on the working multiplex. You might find it useful to note which alternative frequencies you are able to receive, then when your normal signal is blocked by interference, try the alternatives to see if they are also affected or continue to give service.

Brian: Obviously without a postcode, its very difficult to come up with an answer, however, yout 100% signal strength, but poor reception points to too strong a signal - see:

Try bypassing the amp after checking quality and strength, then see if its better. (PE12QN)
