Chatter is area down, only BBC channels seem to be working, but not perfectly.
Every time it's foggy or sunny this happens, it needs sorting out.

David Freeborough: I am fortunate enough to be able to stream live TV using the TVcatchup app, but I shouldn't have to use an app to watch freeview.

With the added four new HD channels, I was mis-lead in the MUX section COM7 that they were available from September 2014. At first I didn't bother on the 10th Dec. until I was informed on another forum that they were available, I now have them. Can you please do away with that Sept.2014 notification?

Peter: Hello
Myself and several neighbours have no reception at all. What has happened? There appears to be no signal. This happened last night and still no signal. Where can we get help or more information?

Andrea: Judging by comments posted on this site, it's affecting a large portion of the east of the country from Yorkshire down to the south east. The lift conditions are causing signals from distant transmitters to carry further then normal. In the days of analogue you'd see lines appearing on the picture, and if it got really bad you'd be able to make out the picture of the interfering signal. With digital you get the "no signal" message. Whatever you do, don't reset as all this will achieve is loss of services completely.

Is there any Intention to Boost the signal strength of com 7 as I Live in NN3 and get a very weak signal on channel 32
link to this comment |
Mark Lewis: Unfortunately that is probably unlikely.
The new multiplex broadcasts exclusively on C31 through to C37. Increasing the power would result in more areas of overlap where the signal isn't usable because another transmitter on the same channel is causing too much interference.
