GL545EL. HI we have been experiencing tv reception problems on all channels for the last few days and have had notihing at all since 20.00 (29/11). According to the website we should receive our broadcasts from Sutton coldfiled.
We have been having problems on and off now for months now and had new boosters fitted and the Arial realigned but it did not help as it righted it self after complaining about the service previously.
We are aware friends a few doors away are also suffering the same issues.
At present mys screen is showing a message "the receiver is not receiving a signal or the signal is too weak" on all channels.
IT is disappointing especially with BBC where we are having to pay license fees!

We get our Freeview signal from Sutton Coldfield and are in a poor signal area, (postcode SY6 7JA). We have a year old roof mounted aerial and a booster but we are currently experiencing problems again with either no signal or strong bit errors with pixelation. This always seems to happen when the Freeview Lite transmitter at Oakley Mynd has a reported fault. Could this be affecting our signal ? I know the weather may have been poor of late but this doesn't usually affect our signal. We are lucky enough to also have Freesat as a backup but many of the channels we like to watch are not available on this service. We cannot receive transmission from the Wrekin.

Helen Tipton: Oakley Mynd Freeview Lite transmitter is showing as repaired this morning and, as expected, we can now receive a perfect signal from Sutton Coldfield once again. The problem was obviously nothing to do with weather conditions.
