Harold D Streets:According to the UK postcode checker you should have good on all muxes from the ( set for vertical polarisation) It is possible that you found signals and stored the from and/or which could cause the stronger Malvern signals to be overlooked as duplicates. Clear the by doing a factory reset or complete with the aerial unplugged. Try doing a scan with the aerial unplugged until you reach channel 30, then insert the aerial for the rest of the scan.This should miss out the unwanted signals before finding the required Malvern muxes.

For some weeks now we have had no EPG data for MUX 1 . We can recieve the okay but no EPG so no recording possible. Have cleared & re-set a few times without success. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Steve Watson: If My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice does not work, then you may have to find a "first time installation" or "factory reset" option on your box (or set).

Help with !
Hi. Until the middle of April, I used to receive Freeview HD no problem. Then, suddently, it all dissappeared and I have not been able to receive it since. I have a Humax HD PVR and have also taken that back to Currys for a swap (assuming that my unit was faulty). However, the replacement unit also does not find the HD . Does anyone have any ideas? FYI, I can pick up all the other channels no problem at all, just that the HD ones are just gone (a re-/factory re-set doesn't find them either).
