Bill P - are you near Cefn? I'm in Chirk and never seem to have picked it up with either my horizontal roof Ae or my - persumably not fussy (? anyone know?) - set top loop.

Steve: Thus "After the PSB multiplexes switch at The Wrekin, the Arqiva multiplexes will remain on their pre-switchover frequencies and powers, and SDN will use a temporary frequency, for a short period before all three multiplexes adopt their final frequencies and powers during September 2011. ArqB is now in 64QAM mode for the provision of Sky Sports 1 and 2 to BT Vision customers, and this reduces the power of the transmission effectively by 3dB.

I have wideband rooftop aerial, and after West Midlands switchover and retuning digital tv in kitchen, can receive all channels, so think aerial is OK. Main tv in sitting room is not digital, and on retuning freeview box have lost all BBC channels, and channels such as Yesterday, Dave, etc. all of which were received perfectly before switchover - I lost some BBC channels after 6 April, and the rest today. Will I have to replace freeview box with a digital tv?

Elaine Thomas: If your Freeview box on this list TVs and boxes that do not support the 8k-mode | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice ?
If so, you will need a new Freeview box, not a new TV.

We live in WV15 6NJ. Today we are unable to get any BBC or ITV programmes on the TV. We have retuned the Freeview Box reset the Box, unplugged the Box and the Aerial, and done everything you have suggested on your website and still we can only get the Freeview Channels to tune in. There are only 29 Channels and there used to be 62. We've had a new Aerial fitted for the changeover. Freeview box is Samsung SIR U200i. We have rang Samsung and the Digital helpline.Can you help?
