My Freeview HD channels not synchronising picture and sound since Monday 19th Feb. Really irritating - makes them unwatchable as speech etc delayed by a second or so. Only affecting HD channels- others ok.
Please could you sort this asap?
This is Freeview via an rooftop aerial btw.

We are a housing scheme in Kemptown and residents in the south east of the building have lost all channels - we have a large reciever on the roof of a 7 storey building. We have had a company out 3 times to try to repair this and they have said they have done everything they can. This has been ongoing for the last two weeks or so with some intermittently getting channels. Can you please treat this as a priority as some of our residents are housebound and rely on their TV

The owners/management of your complex are responsible for the maintenance of your aerial system. Contact them directly to have the problems attended to properly. There are no reported faults at your local transmitter at this time, though it was off-air durimhg the night of Sunday for engineering work related to changes of channels used. You may need to try a retune to recover the channels that may have been moved.
