The home carries the data needed to set the Freesat appropriate to a given postcode.

If the Freesat home transponder is not accessible, the postcode cannot be used and a Default region is used.

The Default region is 101 103 ITV1 [London] - 112 ITV1 + 1 being absent.

The Freesat home transponder is horizontally polarised.

Loss of horizontally polarised transponders is a likely cause of this circumstance.

So you are saying that even though I have on 101, it is possible to have ITV1on 103? [my situation.]
Others tell me this is and that ITV Anglia may be elsewhere.....on one of the which are missing.

"The Settings menu allows you to configure the unit and to set personal preferences"

Under Settings -Tuning Preferences - Regional channel customisation

is the option to "Choose different regional to those assigned during setup."

You have evidently changed 101 BBC ONE Ln HD to 101 BBC ONE EstHD.
