This happened to me (I live on Romney Marsh)
when I re-tuned my tv and box. All had 800+ channel numbers.
But I re-tuned again straight afterwards and the channel numbers were all correct.

Lost all BBC progs yesterday evening. Did a First time install and now I have the 800s which are French. Keep losing progs and picture breakups. Is Dover Transmitter due to upgrade the signal so this no longer happens

I also lost most of the channels 2 days ago. I live in Faversham but the signal comes from Dover and goes through a booster. We have an aerial on the roof quite high up and it was working fine. I can switch one of the tv's to analogue and get a bad picture for a few channels.
I have reset the channel selection plus checked the booster and the aerial looks ok so assumed it must be the transmitter as did have a similar problem last week where some of the channels were getting lost or poor signal so assumed it was atmospheric but we have now lost everthing apart from `Yesterday` which has poor signal strength I am not sure what to do!
Any advice?
