K W Cartwright: You will get, today, a better sevice from the Lark Stoke transmitter.

However, you won't get the commercial multiplexes until 28th September 2011.

If you wait until the week before this, the high power service from Sutton Coldfield will provide the full set of Freeviwe services.

Hi: I'm in Stratford at CV37 9SQ. Aerial upgraded a while back and all retuning done during April. I've noticed that Sky News (not HD) has been low power over the past week and unwatchable. Will it be like this until September?
Thanks...

Hi, please could you clarify if the first line saying 'Some channels on the Lark Stoke transmitter have lower transmission power' is the current situation & if so will the power be increased later (sept?)or is Lark Stoke now at the powers it will always be?
The problem I have is that I can't get MUXs C&D shown in your graphics but the rest are ok. Would my aerial need looking at? (Mux A is ok & I've done the full reset procedure). Thanks

PmJ: As above " Following switchover at Lark Stoke, Arqiva A and Arqiva B will remain on their existing frequencies and powers, and the SDN multiplex will use a temporary frequency. All three multiplexes will adopt their final frequencies and powers during September 2011. During this transition period following frequencies will be used: SDN ch31 (50W), Arqiva A ch57 (25/50W), Arqiva B ch60 (25W)"

On the digital coverage map from Lark Stoke the transmission/radiation area in yellow seems to be incorrect, as the transmission area also covers the vale Evesham and Stratford Upon Avon areas.

Are there plans to update this?

Update to my Channel 60/ITV4 problem. I had JT Aerials out a couple of weeks ago. He found that the coax from the aerial went through a splitter to go to the conservatory TV as well as the lounge TV. The conservatory bloke hadn't done it very well so he fixed that and replaced coax from the wall to lounge TV, all for very reasonable small charge. Still can't get Ch60/ITV4 on the LG TV receiver, but it's excellent through the Topfield PVR. So at long last, I'm happy. LG TV should be fine in September when Lark Stoke transmits Ch60 on full power. Thanks to John at JT Aerials.
