mike i would say sutton coldfield is too far away from bromyard to get a reliable digital signal, over 50 miles i would say. i know it is possible to receive signals from either wrekin or ridge hill transmitters and they have higher digital signals since last month as well

I'm having trouble receiving MuxD - I'm on the Fenton Transmitter, but am I right in thinking Sutton C is boosted by Fenton and that might be the trouble?

Phil B: No, that's not even vaguely possible. Can you provide a full postcode please?

mike: After switchover in September you will be able to get signals from Sutton Coldfield, Bromsgrove and Lark Stoke, but only Sutton Coldfield is predicted to provide you with the full six multiplex at the moment.

Nick: Looks like after retuning, my TV's auto tuned into a weak ch26 Waltham signal instead of Sutton. Manual tuned into CH41 etc and reduce gain of amp a little. Seems a lot more stable now, but still occaisional pixcelation. onder if a tree is blocking my view of mast?

brett:
Your TV may be picking up MUX B from The Wrekin transmitter (UHF channel 53) rather than Sutton Coldfield (UHF channel 55), which might explain the pixellation.
Check if you have any channels in the 800s, and see if Film 4 is one of these (and whether it gives a better picture).
If so, you'll have to re-tune manually for SC MUXs after clearing out what the TV has stored currently (default setting / factory reset / auto scan without the aerial plugged in).
