I have a new LG 32 inch LED tv and initially could get all channels. It is plugged into a roof aerial of which I have another 19 inch freeview tv attached. Over the last two weeks I have intermitently lost reception but only on my BBC channels. It is using the Plympton transmission. Any help greatly received!!

Dee: The problem could be single frequency interference. Check that you do not have equipment such as a VCR or Sky box with the RF modulator set around C45. Check that cables and connectors are in good order. Another possibility is that during a scan a signal from Caradon Hill on C24- was found and the channels stored, the stronger signal from Plympton being ignored as a duplicate. If this is the case do a factory reset to clear the channel list and rescan or enter the Plympton frequencies manually to store the correct version of all the channels.

Help! We have no freeview signal in either of our Panasonic televisions. We lost the signal late on Friday night and have not been able to get anything since. We have reset them and this makes no difference. The aeria is in the loft. The website says there are no engineering work planned for this area but we did lose signal the other week.

katie: Indoor aerials are not suitable for stable Freeview reception, please connect the television to a rooftop aerial.
