Unfortunately, for the next couple of weeks, the range of power levels from Emley Moor is awkwardly wide. You may need a signal boost for some multiplexes until the 21st.
I don't have an easy answer.

Dave Bell: No services have stopped transmitting, I'm not sure why you would think so. You didn't care to name any...

Brian something is happening as the new stations message do you want to rescan is repeatably appearing.

I can't find them on my channel list, that's why I think they've stopped transmitting. It's beginning to look as though MUX A itself might be off-air. I'm not detecting any signal, while MUX D is coming through fine on slightly lower power.
I'm afraid past experience doesn't encourage me to trust official sources on engineering/fault status, and this lack of signal seems to have been happening since the Wednesday changes. Usually, that's enough time for somebody to have noticed.
I'm inclined to discount antenna problems here because I am getting good signals at both higher and lower frequencies, and still recieving MUX D on lower nominal power. This isn't an outlier. Besides, a neighbour is having similar problems.

Dave Bell: I have just rechecked and Mux A is still being broadcast and there are no changes to the output of other multiplexes.
The most reasonable explanation is that the single high power multiplex is causing an over load in an amplifier and this is effecting your reception.
So, the usual thing applys: remove any booster or amplifiers from your system.

There is no sign of C47 here in Leigh - on the edge of Emley Moor 'green on the map' area, using my small Emley M. aerial (a Multibeam MBM18) + amplifier. BBC 1 EM Analogue is fine, BBC 2 was always weaker. Looks as if I shall turn the aerial round to Moel-y-Parc; not much advantage using EM now I have Freesat.
I have not been able to try the large EM aerial (MBM46) yet (really needs new a STB with modulator for the old Sony 1300UB).

Should have said YTV was always weaker, of course.

Hi, following switchover all channels now missing on two Sharps and an Hitachi, switched off, retuned with no aerial, retuned again with aerial but nothing. Sony retuned OK, I can see Emley moor albeit in the far distance and aerial/cables seem fine, have a booster in the loft feeding all, any ideas appreciated thanks.
