Strange.. 625am and a retune carried out. My impression is the channel numbers haven't moved for Rowridge (ie only freeview on C30, 34 & 37 I don't have HD tuner) does this match others impression ..? As an aside, signals from poole relay as expected.

Hi,
I did a retune of my BT Vision box this morning and I appear to have lost both Sky Sports 1 and 2 which were previously very strong. I live in Southsea PO53JA - aerial is mounted fairly high on the front of the house.

Is anyone able to receive the new HD Channels on C21+ (474.2MHz)?
I have tried manually scanning in 32k mode on that frequency and am picking up nothing.
All other channels seem to be fine.
Wondering If my tuner has a problem picking up DVB-T2

So there is no known problem then?
I live in Southampton, so should be picking up a signal directly.
I have a DVB-T2 capable Tuner.

Tim, do you get decent signal strength/quality on C21? Sorry I don't have access to an HD tuner.
If you have only a strength reading and 0 quality, it would sound like an incompatibility. If both are reasonable values (compared to say C24) then would either imply incompatibility or they're not txing yet.. Maybe someone else with an HD tuner has or hasn't had any luck???

In the neighbourhood of BH8 9NJ,I have had people coming with problems of no signals on channels 30 33 37,excellent signals on 21 24 27, all have been Samsung sets. when the sets have warmed up after 10 mins most have mangaged to achieve full reception. The HD's on channel 21 are all excellent. In the one case that failed I tried a booster amp for the duration of tuning - after that the amp was surplus and recovered. I hope this info helps.

I don't get a reading at all from C21. Tried 474000 and 474200.
Full signal and quality on everything else.
I guess my tuner just isnt DVB-T2 Compatible, even though it was advertised to support HDTV and AC3.
Maybe it just meant MPEG2 HDTV.
