Dave : point your aerial West North West towards Caradon Hill, Liskeard: this is best done with someone watching tv while you do it to monitor signal strength and quality on different channels as you align the aerial to transmission site. Richard, Norwich.

Still no signal from the Plympton transmitter. Watching BBC on iplayer where I discovered you can get local news if you go into settings and select your local region.
I'm surprised there are no updates on the transmitter on the local news.

Hi,
I live in the PL7 1JS area of Plympton, Plymouth area feeding off the Plympton transmitter, for two days I have had no BBC channels, rescanned several times but not picking up C54 (738.0mhz). Can't seem to find out any info as to if there is a problem anywhere in the system. Please let know if there is.
Regards
Brian

Kingsley Bishop:
No. As it appears that all the flats on a communal aerial system have lost services you need to contact the Management Company responsible for the block of flats as they are responsible for the maintenance of the aerial system.

Wendy barnes: There was work going on at Plympton last week so it may well be continuing today. Don't attempt to retune, but wait and see if the signal returns on its own this evening.

Wendy:
Look at the Transmitter Engineering entry immediately below yours. It states that there was a service interruption today. So there is work being done. It does not state when it will finish so DO NOT retune and try again late afternoon and evening today.
