m j brooks: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? There is no reason to be retuning every day and it is the worst thing to do if you are loosing channels as retuning will never fix a signal problem (you're just deleting all of your channels and searching for them again).

We are in Banbury
Just watched Uruguay v France (perfect signal) and straight after the match, all my HD channels have stopped working...
I am getting the 'Weak or no signal' message on both TVs...They just came back briefly and then have gone again...

I have just lost signal for HD channels BBC/ITV (5:15pm in Ickford, Bucks) but the SD channels seem OK. On looking at the signal strength of the BBC1HD channel, bot the signal strength and quality are moving up and down.

RM: The transmitter engineering posts on here don't seem to have caught up yet, but the Radio & TV Investigation Service checker is showing a fault affecting HD channels from the Oxford transmitter which lasted for around an hour this evening. Anyone who retuned during the fault may need to retune again to restore the missing channels.

Once again I am getting pixilated intermittent reception on BBC One. This happened earlier in the year. I did nothing about it because I was going away - mid June. When I arrived home at end of July the problem had gone away. It has now started again. I have carried out a Reset Procedure to no avail. Other channels are OK.
Grateful for any suggested solutions.
