Jenny Barnett: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? There are no reported faults or planned engineering work at the Belmont transmitter.

Hi there, Im currently having to use an indoor aerial for my freeview TV. I can't seem to get my aerial in the right position to receive all channels. I've been told I need to position the aerial towards Belmont but I don't know how to, can you give me some advice please?

Samantha Cutforth: Put your postcode into the site, and follow the links - Digital UK's site will tell you the compass bearing.
However, indoor aerials are pretty rubbish unless you are fairly close to the transmitter, so you just have to try it.

Please can you tell me if there are any problems. My TV requested that I did a re-scan of all channels and I've lost channel 4,5,6 and others.

rachel: If it says at the top of the page 'there are no reported problems', then its likely to be your system at fault. Start by checking cables and connections.

Looks like there is an issue on Belmont as we've lost everything on C35 (586.0MHz) DVB-T2

James:
Very unlikely to be a problem at Belmont, a main transmitter covering many thousands of homes.
It is more likely to be a connection problem with your system. Check all the aerial connections behind the TV by unplugging, checking visually and then reassembling correctly. Many problems like those you report are due to poor connections in the cabling.
