The temporary "Bilsdale Quarry" mast is now up and running using Bilsdale's UHF channels. The only multiplex not be transmitted is the Local/L-MDB) one on C30, this will be added when the more permanent temporary mast has been erected adjacent to the old main mast.
The UHF channels are C27, C24, C21, C43, C46, C40, C55 that's in the multiplex order
BBC A/PSB1, D3&4/PSB2, BBC B HD/PSB3, SDN/COM4, ARQ A/COM5, ARQ B/COM6, COM 7
Fiona Tate: (and others):
You should now be able to get a good signal. If you are getting all the signals and haven't carried out a retune then carry out a full retune, first with the aerial unplugged to clear all previous tuning, then plug it back in and repeat.
IF you are receiving other (weaker) channels as well, then clear the old tuning and do a manual retune for the channels listed above.

If you've been following the updates on the links provided in the recent post above, Arqiva advised that the two temporary masts at Eston Nab and Arncliffe Wood will be retained as relays to supplement coverage (but not Sutton Bank), but note there have been UHF channel changes now that the Bilsdale Quarry mast is in service.
The UHF channels for Arncliffe Wood are C29, C31, C37 that's in the multiplex order
BBC A/PSB1, D3&4/PSB2, BBC B HD/PSB3
The UHF channels for Eston Nab are C27, C24, C21, C23, C26, C48, C30, C55 that's in the multiplex order
BBC A/PSB1, D3&4/PSB2, BBC B HD/PSB3, SDN/COM4, ARQ A/COM5, ARQ B/COM6, Local/(L-MDB), COM 7 that's according o the Freeview checker, but reception of the COM muxes is unclear.

Liz clayton :
Have a look in your TV tuning section at the signal strength and quality figures for UHF channels C27 and C21 those are the two for the main BBC SD and HD multiplexes. Are you getting the HD versions of the channels at 103,104 & 105?
If the signals is not very high and the quality not 100% that could be a reason that you aren't getting UHF channel C24 which is the one for the D3&4 multiplex which is carrying the ITV, Ch4 & Ch5 channels.
Try a Manual tune for UHF channel 24, it could be that Auto-tune is missing is for some reason, it could be weak and a manual tune may get it.
If all that fails then try the dedicated helpline on 0800-121-4828 and tell them you can't get ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 and that you'd like to speak to the dedicated "Project Restore Home Support team".
