A. Whorton: The frequency changes at Brierley Hill were completed early this morning. All multiplexes have moved to new frequencies, so you will need to retune. If after retuning you still have no channels (or you are missing lots of them) you should contact the Freeview Advice Line (see link below) who will arrange for someone to come out and fit a new aerial (free of charge if you don't have satellite or cable on any TV in your house).

The aerial is on the roof of a block of flats and my neighbours have the same problem.

Then contact the management organisation for your block of flats to have the communal aerial system attended to. These often have filters that may be blocking what are now wanted frequencies since the changes at the transmitter.
