Bigrigg has indeed been off air since 10.30am. This is not uncommon in bad weather. Very seriously, in the event of an incident at Sellafield, then we won't be able to be informed as to what is happening and what to do - Radio Cumbria will be off air. This does need to be improved.

itv+1 is actually Granada not Yorkshire (Granada Reports) and this has been for as long as there has been a +1 service from itv at Manchester. (54.6155,-3.5584)

ITV Border has an office at the Kingstown area of Carlisle but no studios. Lookaround comes from Newcastle's Tyne Tees Studios now. (54.6155,-3.5584)

I have been having problems with the signal on my Humax PVR-9300T Freeview+ box for the last few days and wondered if there was a problem with the Caldbeck transmitter. I am in the DG10 9BJ area. The picture is either freezing or breaking up on the ITV channels, Channel 4 channel and Channel 5 channels and today I am getting the message the channel is scrambled or not available on these channels. The other channels are working OK. I have tried retuning loads of times in the last few days but still the same problem. Yesterday some of the channels disappeared or moved to a different channel number but today they went back to there original channel numbers. Anyone any ideas what the problems is?

I am at CA12 5RH. My signal is received via a roof aerial and is usually strong. This morning there is no signal on my TVs. We get the signal from the local transmitter above Springs Road as Caldbeck is shaded by Skiddaw.
Is there anywhere on the web I can see details of any disruption to service via this transmitter/repeater?
