I have no signal during the day eg from after breakfast until about 5.30pm. This has been going on since Saturday. Could the engineering works be causing this signal failure. It comes on again in the evening and the TV works perfectly.

The note says that Crystal Palace may have interruption. I am missing itv, C4, C5, itv2, pick, Dave, c4+1, more4, film4, really, e4, e4+1, movie mix, itv+1, and more, but bbc etc are all perfectly ok.
Is there an issue with one of the multiplexes?
I had same issue one night last week (Friday) but ok over the weekend, I think!
Retuning didn't solve the issue, channels listed were then missing completely.
I live in KT24 5DR, aerial is external on the chimney. And I have a boost amplifier.

Can anyone tell me why I can't get the new HD Mux Com7? My postcode is RM3 0BL and I get all channels clear as a bell. Is it on now or does it switch off now and again? I know theres no rush but I just like to know is it me or them?

My post code is London E4. I receive my (good) signal from crystal palace. Manual scan of Com7 (UHF33) is finding duplicate HD channel labels for BB1,2,ITV1,CH4,BBC3,CBBC and RB303.
These channels have no video or audio stream. It seems my Akura STB model AVX665 is not getting the correct SID on com 7 as the only label I should get is Al Jazeera england HD.

Hi,
My BT vision box will not receive any freeview channels. The BT helpline is telling me that is because of engineering works at Crystal Palace.
Has there really been engineering works at Crystal palace for the past 2 months that i have had this problem?

Richard: Since your not too far from Crystal Palace, and that transmitter is fine, look at your system. Check aerial lead, and cables up the aerial itself, because thats probably where the problem is.

I have a loft aerial and had good reception from Crystal Palace for all channels after the switchover - no weather interference or any interuptions for the whole of 2012. Since the start of this year (2013) the signal had gradually been getting worse and I had to start using a booster for some channels. Since the storm on 28th October I lost all channels on ArqA and have since lost all BBC channels too. I have tried blanking all channels and retuning more than once and each time the number of channels detected decreases! There is no reports of engineering works or other problems so I can't work out what's going on. I live in ME7 just down the road (north) from Medway Maritme Hospital.
