Hi Brian,
Re Friday 15 April 2011 8:34AM
Richard: Please see Freeview reception has changed?
Looked at that page first time round and tried everything to no avail.
Saturday now and only slight change is that on 1 (sony Bravia) TV which takes a different route from our aerial to the TV claims to have found 44 channels on a rescan but most of those come up as "not tuned" when you select the channel. The only channels that work are a random set of BBC4, Pick, Yesterday, Film4 4Music, Viva, ITV4, CBeebies and BBC parliament.
Other TV that has built in Freeview and an external Sony freeview box is picking nothing up.
Frustrated of Stansted.
Any further ideas welcome.
Thanks
Richard

I have just moved in a flat at W2 3AA and subscribed to BT package. I seem to have only On Demand channels and 0 Freeview (!). Can you help me to find out the problem?

William: I would suspect you need to connect the box to a rooftop TV aerial pointing at a Freeview transmitter.

I live in Uxbridge and have a new roof aerial. I can get all the Freeview channels (good reception but not exceptional) but none of the HD ones (just bought a Humax T2 receiver).
I tried manual and automatic tuning.

Until last week, I received freeview, then problems
I changed didiboxes, but "no signal received"
Put old box back - "no signal received"
My neighbour connected up one of my boxes - perfect. She has just had a new aeriel installed.
My aeriel is in loft, pointing generally south
Do I need to reposition my aeriel?

mike cowell: You would be best advised to install your aerial on the rooftop.

Hi, I put a comment on here a few days ago and for some reason it hasn't gone through.
I just want to know why Crystal Palace isn't included in the list of transmitters for my post code.
In Clacton-on-Sea I can easily receive every Mux from CP apart from 2 and A - I gather because of low power, but recently I am now picking up Bluebill hill aswell.
This being I cannot get any freeview whatsoever from the predicted (Useless) Sudbury transmitter. Also why am I unable to receive anything from Dover when DigitalUK tells me I should get 1 to 5 ??
