our new tv switched off when the changeover happened and now it only comes on occasionaly and then for only 10 minutes !

IS it6 me or is the information on the somewhat out of date? I live near Harrogate is listed as Very Low which is obviously not the case. Please can the page be brought up to date

Question 1/ I see mention on BBC1 etc ... " can also be watched on the BBC1 HD " . I have 3 receivers but don't see any 'alternative BBC1 ' Just ONE BBC1 channel. Can anyone explain please ?
Question 2/ Im'e still very digruntled re my boxes Digifusion and Sony. Both carry the tick ( meaning theyre future proof !) Yet both have no EPG and no-one , freeview , digital tick , Sony etc will do anything about it. So ... whats the point of the Digital Tick ?

still cannot recieve itv1, ch4, ch5, or anything other than dave, the news , or cbeebies my goes: bbc1, bbc2, bbc3! no sign anywhere of the other channels, and my hd channels, im in bd12 factory resetted several times, and still get limeted channels, any would be appreciated

Ken: BBC One HD is at Freeview position 50, as shown above. You need a (DVB-T2) to see the Freeview HD service. See What does "Full HD Ready" actually mean? | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .

The " Tick" means the box will work with DVB-T2 in 8k , it does not mean an EPG or Digital Text or anything else, just that you can use it view TV after .

Hi

We are at S42 6RH. We have two aerials on either ends of the . One continues to receive signals. One now has nothing at all (but used to be ok). Both have old aerials. The (now failed) was set up by myself by eye. It was pointed slightly to the of the other aerial. Over the past few weeks it has changed from strong on the BBC and weak on ITV to the other way around - but never strong on both sets. I would welcome advice (I am more of a person that aerial - but like to think that I am reasonably competent with a spanner and ladder!)

Mike Dimmick: Yes, thanks for that, as I was just really going by what I seen listed on the transmission details at the top of the page as far as Emley's HD was concerned.

: Thanks for the confirmation that Emley's BBCA is indeed on full at Emley, that is as well as the other stations that have carried out DSO1 switches.

Please post a question, answer or commentIf you have Freeview reception problems before posting a question your must first do this Freeview reset procedure then see: Freeview reception has changed, Single frequency interference, and Freeview intermittent interference.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
