Why do the HD channels keep going down intermittently ? Why can't any maintenance work be done thru the night?

Briantist just watching pre match FA Cup Semi Final and picture is lost on all HD channels. I have read your link but one seem to apply. My neighbours have same problem. The signal just goes. I still have SD channels
