David Paylor:

How old is your aerial installation? Have you checked your coax for damage and checked all the connections/coax-plugs. Temperature changes / damp weather etc will affect the cable/connectors if degraded.

Simon:

They have not gone anywhere, they are stuill being transmitted as normal. If they had disappeared then thousands of viewers would be complaining but they are not. So it looks as if your system has a problem.

Please provide a full post code so that we can look at the signal reception conditions at your location, it has to be a full post code as aprtial will not enable us to check the reception preditions.

Meanwhile, please check all your aerial system, checking the cabkles and any connections. If there are coaxial plugs/sockets unplug those and refit to clear any possible corrosion/oxidation on the contacts.

Chris Roberts:

You should find it on programme 19. It is carried on the ARQB multiplex which is brodcast on channel 46 (671.25 MHz).

Thanks Mike for your reply. It used to be programme 19 on Channel 47. Unfortunately although I have a strong Signal Strength on Channel 46 it has a ZERO Signal Quality and thus I have no reception on all the Channel 46 programmes. This suggests that we are suffering from an Anti-Phase cancelling signal which is negating receiving any Channel 46 programmes. We had this on Channels 55 & 56 a while ago until the anti-phase problems was rectified. When did Hannington change the Channel numbers?
Regards - Chris Roberts.

Don't worry Mike. I have retuned to London Channel 28 and all is OK - ie Programme 19 on Channel 28. All the other programmes are restored as well.

Dorothy Hall:

The current high pressure is causing the problem you report. As it is a natural phenomenon causing your reception problems there is nothing anyone can do about it. Please be patient as it will return to normal when the weather pattern changes. Do not retune.

HI - since the last "upgrade/Channel Switch" we have lost Freeview channels 90-99 (Forces TV etc) and no matter how many times we have re-tuned cannot pick them up. Our post code is GU10 2QL

Any ideas?

Many thanks
