Our service is delivered by the . Since early this week we have not been able the receive any BBC . All other channels are of good with a strong signal.
Is there any service work being undertaken on the transmitter that would affect BBC only or do we have set or ariel problem.
We have reset the TV several times but to no avail.

We recieve from the .

Since early this week we have not been able to recieve any BBC . All other channels are of a good and strong . We have reset the TV several times and only recieve 73 channels as opposed to the normal 93+.
Can you tell me of any service work on the transmitter that would affect this.

In such circumstances resetting and retuning is a waste of time and is only likely to result in a negative or neutral outcome, never a positive!
