Malc: yeah We have no signal. Have just done a retune twice and no Chanel's found . It says to check the aerial but this is fine. We are SN1

steve: just checked and for BBC1 my system is reporting 8/10 for signal strength but 0/10 for quality

BBC1 and BBC2 are currently showing OK - just a minute ago. They are down on signal quality but OK on signal strength. It looks as though it is just the weather conditions.

Perhaps I should rephrase my question to make it clearer, I can receive all HD channels on my new TV except BBC4 and BBC news channel these two just show as invalid channel when selected. Thanks

Dell: Indications are on Digital UK that those two programme channels are not due to start service until April 1st 2014 from the Oxford transmitter, the transmission being on C31 (554.0 Mhz) on the COM7 mux.

Dell : In addition to that said, I noticed that the starting date for COM 7 is indicated on this site as being May 2014, and so DUK's starting date "might" possibly be an update.
