Harry Cooper: have a look for yourself - DAB is weak, but everything seems fine (nobody has reported a fault). BT has no idea what its talking about. However, BT supplies you with broadband and the box, other than that, its the TV signal you've got a problem with, which has nothing to do with BT.

Areil group c58 frequently has poor signal with quality at 10%, resulting in lost channels on evenings. Particularly during poor weather. Affecting non hd main bbc chanels. Remainder of channels are fine all 100% signal quality. This makes series recording pot luck with many frequent failed pvr events. Avoid watching bbc now as it has become rather tiresome. Local transmitter is pontop pike serving south tyneside. Wonder if others are getting poor freeview signal

Lost PSB3/BBCB, COM4/SDN and COM7 today, at Gateshead. Retune didn't help, in fact afterwards it doesn't list the affected channels at all.
