Postcode TR26 3EX. For the past 2 weeks the rd button service has either not been available or when it does come up it just sticks on a page saying Loading....Also the TV guide has lots of blanks in it where there should be program information. This has happened before and I phoned up to complain. I have re-tuned many times and the equipment I have is fine so there is still a problem. This is a service and needs to be fixed.

BBC1 keeps disappearing this morning (29/09/15) yet there appears to be no on-going maintenance etc on the Redruth transmitter. this is on my new so called 'smart' Sony TV. it's not set up for wifi access however and just uses the normal aerial.
