Film 4 (channel 15) is on low for last few days [December 13-17th], normally full is less than 1/2 that - haven't really checked other , Film4 is what I mostly watch

Can't see anything to cause - still the same, Pretty far from the though & there's a sliver that is not covered just to the East of here according to the coverage map. Will just have to grin & bear it & see if it improves in 2012

I seem to be getting a short interruption in transmission at about 18.15 every evening. Observed on ITV1 3 this evening (23/01/12) and also on 800 previously. Switching problem???

I have a Sagem + box and I recieve all the free view fine, but I am trying to get all the free HD channels too. Every automatic search does not pick them, so I have tried a manual search on channel 22 adjusting the Mhz to 482.2 Mhz as suggested above, and it still does not pick them up. My box tells me that it is using channel 28 with a 65% strength and a 98% signal from the Gloucestershire . Should I be able to recieve them firstly? and secondly what do I have to do to recieve them please?

Rich: Although you mention that the box is + model are you sure that its capable of HD ? as Sagem makes both types, any doubts please give the model number involved.

The other point is, that although you say you are on the Gloucestershire , where exactly? (pref: post code) as that would enable your reception possibilities to be checked on just in case HD is not as yet being transmitted in your area.

Rich: Just to say that without knowledge of your post code, if as it appears you are using then there is no reason you should not be getting HD, that is unless as aforementioned your box is not capable of receiving it, verified by not seeing programme numbers 50 - 54 shown in the EPG list.

Have a look at the boxes specifications in your user manual, and if in the tuner section you only see DVB-T mentioned than its not an HD model, HD being DVB-T2.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
