Have recently phoned up and complained to the relevent people about the terrible reception we have had for the past few weeks in the BH17 area, we have all ways had times when the picture gets a bit boxy for a few seconds then clears but recently it has been a lot worse with boxing and freezing for long periods, this is not just on my set up but on neighbours too. The guy I spoke to said we receive from the Mendip transmitter and there are no problems, I thought we received from the Rowridge transmitter but again no reported problems there. Another thing I am annoyed about is the fact that we can not receive the HD services on freeview,I have the equipment to get HD, no explanation has been given to me for that. I hope some one can help me with this, thanks.

Hi there, We have freeview built into our television and the freeview signal during this evening has frequently started pixelating, and then after an amount of time, completely dropping out for long periods of time, meaning we have to go back to a very crackly analogue signal. Anybody know whats going on? We are in a static caravan at PO20 9BX
