Dear UK TV
I have had no TV Transmitter signal since 28th May 2018 (over 48 hours)! Has Transmitter retuning been brought forward? If so, how long before normal service is resumed?
Ps I have already tried retuning my TV set, and internal diagnostics suggest that the TV Transmitter is switched off!
Yours sincerely J Foley.

Jerry Foley : The first frequency changes at Sandy Heath don't take place until 17th July (according to Digital UK) and there is no engineering work reported. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Retuning was a bad idea as you've now deleted all of your channels which were correctly tuned.

I purchased a dab alba radio and I was of course expecting it to be dab but it turns out it's dab plus . Why can I receive dab plus stations if it was stated it is dab . Also I paid very little for it .
Rather strange ?

Mr windler: Nothing strange, just a product that hasn't had it's full capabilities printed on the packaging/description. It will save having to replace in a few years if most DAB stations switch to DAB+ as some people are predicting will happen (no plans have been announced so this is just speculation).

Our TV is showing a half frozen, pixelated picture or no signal. The same is happening to our neighbours in Dart Close in Newport Pagnell. OUr aerial is on the roof. Thanks.

Sandy Heath TX. On the 17th July when the retune takes place will the Frequency C numbers change because I usually do a manual retune and leave out COM7 and COM8 as they are not used.
