Geoff S: Can you try that TV with it connected to the loft aerial (take it to another room if needed)? Has anything been moved around in that room? Indoor aerials can often have problems with signal reflections from people and objects. You may find that repositioning the indoor aerial will improve signal. Do not attempt to retune if all channels are working when connected to the loft aerial.

That is well known. It is due to the owner being unavailable at present. Only he can make the needed changes.

Hi folks,

Could someone clear a confusing issue I have, on this page the 700Mhz clearence was supposed to happen 30 June this year, I did however see on a lot of channels had the retune message if I remember around 30 July. This happened whatever it was and Retuned BUT I notice after retuning everything on all our boxes and tv's. SDN Com 4 is still on channel 51 instead of the new channel 33 as noted here. I'm getting a lot of noise on this mux and was hoping the move down would help.

Has the clearence been put back for Sandy ? I'm confuddled

Regards.

Nick: According to Digital UK there is a further retune event due at Sandy Heath in early 2020 when COM4 will move from UHF channel 51 to 33. All other frequency changes at Sandy Heath have already been completed.

Nick:

Further to that said by StevensOnln1, the channel usage information on this website is sadly well out-of-date as the owner has not updated it in months. Rely instead of the information on channel usage given by the Digital UK Coverage Checker at http://www.digitaluk.co.u…ker. That is kept up-to-date by the operators.

Coach:

There are no known issues with the Sandy Heath transmitter. We really need a full post code so that we can examine the reception conditions at your location. However, you can start by checking that your aerial system is in good order, check all the cables are undamaged and unplug all coaxial plugs/sockets and then refit them (that is to remove any corrosion/oxidation from the contact surfaces, which is well know to be a potential cause of loss of one multiplex).

I am presuming that you have a wideband aerial fitted.
