carol osborne: Either you are using satellite or Freeview, you can't connect a dish to a Freeview box or an aerial to a satellite box.

I am another who cannot get a decent signal on Sandy Heath channel 67 (ArqB) while everything else is fine. A search on Google shows I am far from alone and its only days since the problem started. Clearly someone is guilty of scandalously inept planning and/or implementation. Who do we write to complain? FYI my postcode is HP3 0xx.

I have no ITV 1, CHANNEL 4, or 5. The aerial is on the roof and the high gain digital type H position. The picture was perfect untill wed 13/04/2011. I retuned my sony tv and recieved all other chanells except the above mentioned. This seems like a scam as i purchased the tv and aerial 15 months ago and was told this would bo ok at switchover.

Are PSB 1,2 & 3 actually transmitting at 180kw now? my observations of signal levels at several sites suggest not.
I also believe CH67 at 20kw 64qam is not satisfactory.

If you have any boosters or amplifiers remove them from your system.

In desperation have unplugged Sky and Freesat dishes and plugged aerial direct to TV. Now get all channels (TV says 52) and can use ok with dishes plugged back in. ESPN shows in channel list, but SkySp1/2 don't. Should the also appear in list? Can then view ESPN ok on BTVision. As I plug Sky and Freesat back into mains or dish leads to wall sockets ESPN disapears, but still get all other channel, including 19-Dave. Only link of all leads is at wall sockets.(4leads from loft to wall sockets on seperate plugs in loft but two double plates at wall socket.) Should that be a problem?

Good afternoon, since the switchover and retuning several times I get all the channels but keep losing signal completely ( no signal message on screen) and pixilation keeps occurring. The pixilation used to happen in spring and autumn but not as bad as this before the switchover. My postcode is MK17 8SN. can you give any advice please?
