Hi. When will the Talking Picture channel be available on the Stockland Hill transmitter?

Roger: Unfortunately it wont, as Talking Pictures (81) is broadcast by one of the additional HD transmitters installed in some stations under the name of COM7, Stockland Hill, as well as a number of other stations, not being one of them allocated for this upgrade.

All very helpful information, thankyou. What would be appreciated from Twelve Winds would be a printer friendly list of each service available on a TV transmitter. Maybe there is and I missed it? I have pasted up three pages from the Stockland Hill, info. Took a bit of time because of the textbox formatting clashing with my Mac. Never mind, what a discovery that there's so much available!

For the past month my freeview reception has been unwatchable on 3 separate TVs although strangely is OK on a 4th. The picture is covered in large pixels and the sound keeps squeeking. Yesterday I noticed that my mobile phone data connection has changed from 3G to 4G (on the Threee network) and the local mobile phone mast is directly between my house and Stockland Hill Transmitter. Could this be the reason?
I have lived here for 24 years and although TV reception has been weak, with the use of a good arial and signal booster, we have managed to get a good picture until just recently.

Tony Taylor: 4G interference is certainly a possibility, particularly as you have an amplifier which would amplify any interference along with the wanted signal. Suggest you contact AT800 (see link below) who should send you a free filter. Make sure you connect the filter before the amplifier and also check all cables and connections where you can safely access them for any damaged or loose cables etc.

Sir
Could you pleas tell me if there is a problem with Sky News on channel132 via the Stockland Hill transmitter??. I have returned my TV, but Sky News seems to be very intermittent. It was off totally last night, then came back, was ok this am, but then got a message to say service no longer available!!!!
All other channels are fine, just wonder if there is a small problem with Sky.
Kind Regards
Brian Bannister

I have been trying to tune to channel 74 (true Christmas) and Talking pictures but have been informed by Freeview helpline that Stockland doe not cover these channels. Is there any liklihood that these will be covered in future?
I have a loft aerial and have no problems with reception.
