Maybe never! (LCN) 51 is carried on Local multiplexes, see Channel listings for Industry Professionals | Freeview
does transmit a Local , one of a small number of main transmitters that does, but generally the signals are beamed towards specific centres of population - see the polar diagram for it towards the top of this page, so it very much depends on your location.
If you live say to the SW of the and not very close to it, you are unlikely to receive the Local multliplex.
If you live to the NNW or ESE you are quite likely to get it.

Forgot to add, the Local at is transmitted on UHF . If you live in a suitable area you could try a manual tune on C41 (auto-tune may miss it if the is weak but just receivable).

Update the communial Ariel was fixed this morning all this time we have been waiting for the parts the was bad in all the bungalows spoke to all the residents ! Now have fab picture with all the in the lounge and bedroom I'm so pleased
