Retuned my Humax 3x this morning and cannot get anything on the ITV1 set of channels. Rest seem ok. Transmitter is Waltham - any ideas? Already tried the reset procedure without success.

I have been trying to tune a new Sony digital recorder for the first time, using a connection that has always picked up a strong digital signal but it will recogonize nothing. Analog is fine, the Tv above it is fine, but the recorder picks up no signal. Not a single channel. Can anyone help? I think I'm on Waltham transmitter

Keith:Mux2 at the Waltham transmitter changed frequency to C31 from today, 13th April 2011. It will be necessary to do a factory reset to clear the channel list then rescan for channels to restore ITV1&2, C4, Channel5 etc.

Yep, ITV and C4 still off here. Did a re tune earlier and all was good on C31 (apart from a low signal strength) but now there is nothing on C31. Will check again tomorrow.

Hi, I'm experiencing a complete loss of signal from Waltham for the majority of itv channels. How long before the engineers sort this problem. No problems with the ariel as it worked fine before today [13th April]

Ray Medland: Mux2 from the Waltham transmitter changed frequency to C31 early this morning 13th April. You need to do a factory reset to clear the channel list then scan for channels to re-store them in your receiver. If they do not appear, do a manual tune to C31 noting signal strength and quality. Check that you do not have any VCR, Sky box or games console with the RF modulator set around C31.Also check that you are not storing channels for a weak signal from Sandy Heath in the LCN (normal) positions with the Waltham set appearing in the channel list in the 800s.
