I usually watch TV through our box but this weekend decided to update the on the DTV.
No matter what I do I cannot get more than 17 channels yet I used to have times more.
I have tried to update the DTV on both out TV's with the same result and I have also tried this on our neighbours TV again with the same result.
I have had a new fitted prior to trying the retune.
I have reset my TV with a factory reset and have also followed the instructions on the site retuning without an aerial etc still with the same result.
Can you please advise, although we are OK using the Sky box should we not have the Sky box we would have no TV.

Brian our postcode is LE7 7LS. We used to have all the but because we never really watch TV so only noticed this week. I do have a on our system but have tried it without. The neighbour also has the same problem.
My TV is a Samsung LE32R8.
