shaun: As you have tried the straight into one of your TV's and still , then this is strongly suggestive of a break in the aerial lead connection.

If you can access the actual aerial you should double check the lead where it joins into it, but before doing that you should check to see if any signal is there at all, this done by carrying out a manual tune on Ch49 (BBC1) on your set, normally you could by-pass this tuning , but you will not now have any stored on the TV as they will have been deleted when you carried out the previous .

PS: That is unless you use one of the other sets that you haven't tried a re-scan on!

Hi.

Does any body know if something is to happen to Challenge (BSkyB) on in the near future? My EPG for this one channel does not update after Monday 6:00am (next Monday, that is), and if this has happened in the past, it usually means a stop in transmission.

Do you have any up to date info. on Freeview?

Thank you Brian - maybe they were just slow in updating/finalising their Schedules.

After losing Takeshis Castle twice through changes to Virgin 1, I at last thought I had got the program - I just it stays that way for a little longer!

Please post a question, answer or commentIf you have Freeview reception problems before posting a question your must first do this Freeview reset procedure then see: Freeview reception has changed, Single frequency interference, and Freeview intermittent interference.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
