This is really dreadful. My Mother is 99 and can't cope with missing her favourite programmes on BBC and retuning yet again!

HI

I cannot get any bbc to tune in, i have non hd boxes in two rooms and 1 HD freeview in another, i get the hd bbc channels on th hd box but no bbc three. is there work still going on, i can see many people complaining about the same thing - no bbc channels

Liverpool: BBC including radio, Dave, Pick etc have not been detected after a factory reset. This is not acceptable.

is unusable at my mum's place. was borderline, with much breaking up a lot of the time. Her DVR was more acceptable, as it showed "previous " data rather than . C50 was omitted by the set from retune today, but gave 22 on the 4th manual of the . There's a squawk of sound about every 8 seconds, but only trash onscreen. PVR took 15 attempts to get C50 mentioned, but nothing watchable anywhere in there.
Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
