As per the very top of this page, thr HD multiplex is on UHF Channel 40 (626Mhz) with a + offset. TV sets that tune by UHF channel automatically cope with the +offset If you have a device that has to tune by frequency, you may have to tune to 626.1666MHz.
The TV channel LCN (EPG) numbers for the HD channels are 101-107, 204 & 205.
SD channels 46 & 66 are also carried on this multiplex.

M Mitchell : The PSB3 multiplex carrying HD channels is broadcast on UHF channel 40 (with a +166KHz offset which won't affect tuning on most TVs).
