My free view was working fine utill 2130hrs Saturday then poor freeview signal and no analouge signal on any of the TV's in my house have checked my aireal and no problems their I'm in the Mildenhall suffolk area

Can anyone explain to me why the BBC (where you get sent from ofcom when you complain about signals) suggests Waltham and digitaluk.co.uk suggests Sandy Heath?
