My in in Arden has been deteriorating over the past few months. I've completely lost some such as Film 4. Now ITV and , amongst others, are pretty hopeless.
A year ago all was fine.
I keep retuning to no avail.
Why's the service so rubbish? What's going on?

Lynn Gittins (Mrs): As you say is not until September. Could you be more specific about which are missing? According to the Digital UK postcode checker you are expected to have poor on MuxD due to co-channel from . However the other muxes are shown as having good reception at your location. Check that all your cables and connectors are in good condition.

that is my post code but my location is approx 150 meters north and approx 25 meters lower. My BBc comes up showing low strength at times and then pictures sieze also i lose subtitles,I have cleared some nearby tree branches because of the leaves but the problem still occurs it does not to the same extent during the winter. the ariel is on the and looking along it in line there are no obvious obstructions, so is it due to low transmition strength,.

I live at B75 6LF.
I have a located on the which is set to receive signal from the . I have a Digital Television with freeview included. I do not use TV .
Over the last few weeks there has been an intermittent loss of signal for TV channels. This was happening very occasionally but is becoming more regular. The TV will be working perfectly fine and then both sound and vision will disappear. The TV displays and if I change channel, they all seem to be affected.
The loss of signal can be for a few seconds but can also last for a few minutes. The signal returns just as quickly as it disappears.
I am currently on leave so have had the TV on during the day. Yesterday (Sunday 5th June) I lost the signal six times in rapid succession-starting at 10am. Today (Monday 6th) the same thing happened again at just gone 10am- 3 losses of signal in rapid succession plus one lasting a lot longer. It then happened again at just after 11am.
Would appreciate any suggestions on how to remedy this. Thank-you.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
